No. Anyone with your form link can fill it out. They never see or interact with Notion at all.
Where is my data stored?

Form submission text goes directly to your Notion database. File uploads and signatures are stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and linked into Notion as URLs. We do not retain submission text.
Does it work with any Notion database?

Yes. Any database you own and have shared with your Notion integration will work.
What happens if I hit the free plan limit?
